I was greeted with a friendly and helpful sales assistant Kris with my initial call. The roofing estimator came out the next day to evaluate my roof, guide me with suggestions and get me a quote within a day or two. We worked out the arrangements and was called in advance of the crew coming to do the work. The guys came and shingled the roof faster that I or the neighbors watching could believe.
